How does Cash on Delivery work?

Cash on Delivery (COD) allows you to pay for your order in cash when it is delivered to your door. Simply place your order online, choose COD at checkout, and pay the delivery person when your items arrive. No online payment is needed.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes, we offer free home delivery on all orders across the UAE. There is no minimum purchase requirement.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking details when available. You can also contact us at any time to check the status of your order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to cancel or make changes. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, changes may not be possible.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the product. We will review the issue and assist you with a replacement or refund.

How do returns work?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash on delivery for all orders across the UAE. Card payment may also be available at checkout depending on your location.
